Horrible service shop!!! I called in advance to check if they had the trailer tires I needed in stock. They confirmed availability, so I drove one hour to this place. After I arrived, one guy told me the wait would be 1–1.5 hours. That was understandable, and I was okay with it. After sitting there for 2 hours, I went inside to check the status. Another guy then told me that I was at the end of the line and that it would be another 6–8 hours because they only had two technicians working and the jobs were taking longer than expected. I understand that things happen, and I respect people who work hard. But why couldn’t they tell me from the beginning that they were that far behind? I would have made a different decision instead of wasting 3.5 hours driving there and waiting for absolutely nothing. The communication and organization are absolutely terrible. They can’t even explain the situation properly to their customers. Very incompetent. I can’t even imagine trusting these clowns to work on something more important, like an engine. Stay away from this place at all costs!

Came in and got my shower & fuel. No wait for the shower. It was clean and all in I was in and out in 45 minutes. This place is clean throughout and has plenty of parking. McDonalds across the street along with an Arby's and a Blue Beacon next door if you got to wash your truck. I like this location cause it has plenty of space.

Food was very good. Customer service fell short, I had to ask if the cashier was going to take my order. She never acknowledged my presence untilIasked her. No napkins was another disappointment.

Headline: Unbelievably arrogant service and lack of transparency I came in with a flat tire and simply asked for a quote for two vs. four tires to compare my options. The man at the front desk was incredibly arrogant and literally told me that I was "wasting his time." This is completely unacceptable behavior toward a customer seeking professional advice. In the end, I was sold a used tire for $360. It turned out to be a recap (retreaded tire), which was never mentioned during the sale. Selling a recap at that price without full disclosure is very misleading. The only positive: I want to mention that the mechanic was very friendly and did his best. Conclusion: Because of the extremely rude and arrogant treatment at the front desk, I will be taking my business elsewhere to buy a full set of four tires. If you value respect and honesty, stay away from this place.

Very unqualified people stay very far away from this place. You can't trust them even for the simplest repair. I came here for tire repair one for trailer and one for truck none of this tire was leaking but the had small screw on each which they needed to check by removing the screw to check possible leak. They didn't bother to remove the screw what I saw was shocking the very lazy and incompetent tech came with new brand tires to replace instead of patching the current tires. When I asked him why are you replacing the tires he said my company gave him approval to replace with new tire.when I asked my company they said he told them the hole was too big to repair. Crazy they ne negative infinite star rating
